From Thursday, June 27th until Saturday, June 29th, the Varsity Summer League Team

traveled to College Station to participate in Texas A&M's Team Camp.  The boys played

in the Small School Division against some of the top teams across the state.

During the month of June, the Panther Varsity and JV Boys Basketball Teams have been participating in a series of summer league double-headers every Tuesday night in White Oak's gyms between 5-9 PM.  The schools involved in the East Texas Summer League include Spring Hill, White Oak, Kilgore, and Gladewater.  Coaching the Panther Varsity team is Stephan Tarpley (class of 2008), while Brandon Robbins (class of 2012) is coaching the Panther JV squad.  All teams will play their last games on Tuesday, June 25th.

On Saturday, June 8th, the JV Summer League Team traveled to Ruston, La. 

to participate in Louisiana Tech's Team Camp.  The boys played four games 

against some of the top talent from the state of Louisiana.

During the first week of June, Spring Hill Basketball hosted its annual summer camp for 4^th-9^th graders.  The boys were instructed, inspired, and entertained by SH’s exceptional summer staff of coaches and former players.  The instructional staff consisted of Head Basketball Coach Hunter Taylor, Assistant Basketball Coach John Mason, Stephan Tarpley (class of 2008), Ryan Bogle (class of 2012), Brandon Robbins (class of 2012), Adam Lattier (class of 2013), and Clay Lattier (class of 2013).

At the conclusion of camp, the entire staff was in agreement…..the future is looking bright!!!

Bi-District Playoffs - Spring Hill vs. Mabank - Feb. 19th

The UIL State Playoffs begin Tuesday night for the Panthers when they take on

Mabank at 8 PM in UT Tyler's Patriot Center for the Bi-District Championship.

Spring Hill (21-11) will be the home team; and tickets will be $5 for adults and $3 for students.

Spring Hill at Kilgore - Friday, Feb. 15th

Vs.

Spring Hill plays at Kilgore HS on Friday, Feb. 15th at 6:30 PM.

The game will decide which teams will get the No. 2 and 3 seeds. 

Spring Hill at Bullard - Tuesday, Feb. 12th

Vs.

SH will play at Bullard on Tuesday, Feb. 12th.  This will be our final district game before playoffs.
